I have been going to Genghis Khan for about 15 years now with the family for a nice casual meal. Its great if you dont mind getting up to assemble your food in a bowl. The chef then cooks it up in front of you on a huge mongolian style bbq. Kids love this restaurant.
I have been visiting Dr Mary Choo for a few years now. Prior to this I was scared silly of the dentist and didnt visit one from age 14-30! But, Dr Choo is so gentle and her assistants are just lovely! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist!
This mexican franchise is very multi-cultural. On the several occassions when I've eatten here I have been served by young Australians who have difficulty pronouncing the names of the dishes that are cooked by the asian chefs. The atmosphere resembles what you would expect from a mexican restaurant in the 1980s.
I visit Bravo every few weeks. It is a meeting spot where one friend and I always catch up, and its nice to know the staff recognise us as loyal customers whenever we come in. Bravo is a small italian cafe with too many pasta dishes to list (100 or so). The staff are very friendly. Food is good. Space is a touch cramped though. Don't leave without trying some of their gelato!
I went to this restaurant for a big celebration with the family and was not let down at all. It is superb! Ideal for a famil outing, a business meeting or an intimate dinner for two. Beautiful by day, and encapturing by night. Food is exceptional and the service is second to none. However, be warned that you will need a full wallet/purse to pay for the experience.
I took my cat and dog here for grooming. Their normal groomer was away so a vets assistant decided she would do it. They animals came out looking rediculous. I could have done better with a blunt pair of scissors and 5 minutes. To make matters worse, they tried to add on a vets consultation to the bill which did not occur and took 30 minutes before they brought my dog out - he had already been there for 8 hours! Definately would not recommend to anyone!
I have been taking my canine son here for almost 9 years. Owner Peter and his staff always provide the best care to my boy. I can not speak highly enough of this vet and would recommend to anyone!
I remember going here with my mum and falling asleep across the chairs at this famous yum cha institution at the age of 4. Now, 29 years on I find myself still enjoying the fantastic yum cha they offer. This is truly a yummy expereince. And the service is great!
I go here a bit because its a local alterntaive to yum cha. The city views can help you forget that you are paying a decent price to dine at an RSL. The trolley ladies offer good service, though the rest of the staff are generally rude and can ruin the dining expereince. The food is ok, but is on the pricey side.
this is my favourite cheap and cheerful restaurant to eat at. The Turkish food is to die for. Definately try the mixed dips! Also, book ahead if you plan to dine in on a busy night.
