Have dined here half a dozen times and each time been impressed. The service is always friendly and polite, the food is very fresh and delicious and they have great lunch time specials. Yesterday I had sashimi, sushi and teriyaki salmon served with miso, rice and salad for $19 - great value. You can also BYO. The menu is extensive and I def recommend it as not many great restaurants up that way!

went on a mother's day harbour cruise today, OMG lots of room for improvement. We were told to arrive no later than 12.15 for 12.30 departure, the queue was massive and the check in system appalling, they did not let anybody board until 12.45 because they were so disorganised, and then they had all the names written on a sheet, a very antiquated check-in system indeed! I was not asked when I bought the tickets if we were with anybody else and sadly we were sat upstairs with ppl we didn't know, and our friends were sat downstairs on a different table, so we couldn't sit together. We asked the manager and he said he would do something but unfortunately forgot about us! The cruise was a 3 hour cruise, however the boat did not leave until 1.20, so we lost almost 1 hour just being docked, yet we still returned at 3.30. They started serving drinks and no food until well after 2pm, my child was so hungry by then, and so were many of the others, they had to sneakily take bread rolls and by the time my son had eaten 3 and the food finally was ready, he wasn't interested! It is poor form to serve alcohol and no food, especially when on a boat. The food was smorgasboard style however you couldn't help yourself, and they would put 1 prawn on your plate, so you had to keep asking for more as it definitely wouldn't be enough. The queues were outrageously long, considering there were 300 people on the boat. The food was very average, and the dessert which was described as "chef's selection of cakes" was a joke. They placed a 2x2cm piece of cake in front of you and you had no choice, so when I asked if I could have chocolate instead of carrot the waiter was not happy about it! There were many ppl on the cruise who were sadly disappointed and disillusioned about what they were expecting. I must say the entertainment was pretty good, the weather just gorgeous so we just had to suck it up and enjoy ourselves regardless, but we would definitely never come back until major improvements have been made.

Looked great when we got there, prices are pretty high for what they serve, although they specialise in hot chocolate as it's a belgian chocolate cafe. I had a chai latte but could hardly taste the chai, and my friend some special earl grey tea - $4.50 is quite expensive and she said it tasted like regular tea. Think they need to up the quality and service if they want to charge prices like these, it's a bit of a copy of the Lindt Chocolate Cafe but nowhere near as good

Good local, food is better than average, however the menu doesn't change often enough to make it interesting to come back regularly. Considering there's not much around this end of town it's fairly good value and seems to be popular for larger groups and school Mum's dinners!

This Lebanese take away is under new management and it is so disappointing, we used to enjoy coming here. The guy who served us seemed to be doing us a favour, and when we requested no onion he actually rolled his eyes - so rude! He was unfriendly, unhelpful and the way he served the food was unappetising, slopping it on a plate. The prices are not that cheap either, so they either need to pull their finger out or move on!

service is friendly and efficient, but the coffee is pretty lousy and the food really ordinary - not sure how you can get this wrong when that is most of your business. cafe needs to definitely get this part right and then voila you'll probably have many regular happy customers

Bought an online voucher and went to the Mosman salon. quick attentive service sat me down and offered me a drink, the hairdresser was doing somebody else's hair but she came over and introduced herself and said she would be a few minutes which is fine. She advised after my foils I may need a toner and would have to pay extra for this - I have never been charged extra for a toner and have had foils about 6 times now, mind you the toner was only on for a few minutes so not sure why it costs that much extra, however I was advised so it wasn't a sneaky charge at the end. I was really disappointed in the hair wash as she only washed the top and sides of my head and left the back, so by the time the foils and then the toner had to come out they were only rinsed, so I left the salon with this awful sticky dry hair at the back of my head, which I'm sure they were aware of when blow drying and running the straightening irons through it, the irons couldn't do their job properly as the hair was sticking - but guess it was a bit late then to start washing again. I was going to mention it when she was washing but surely I don't have to tell a senior hairdresser how to wash my hair. For voucher value it was fine, but I wouldn't pay $465 for that experience

Siboni's has been running for several years by a lovely husband and wife team. The choices of freshly roasted coffee beans or ground coffee is amazing - stuff you don't usually see in the shops. We have been buying our coffee there for years and wouldn't buy anywhere else - we buy Romeo blend and it is the best! Definitely recommend popping in, you can also buy coffee machines there, or grab a coffee while you're there.

Great salon been there for years. They are experts in colouring and have won a few awards. I haven't been there in a while as found somewhere closer but would def consider going back. The stylists offer great ideas for new styles which I really appreciated.

Dee is an amazing beauty therapist and offers excellent service, super friendly and always have a giggle with her. Her facials are fantastic and if you're looking for extractions this is def the place to go - not many therapists offer this any more. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, highly recommend her services
