I wanted a Baby Bjorn carrier, but couldn't decide on which one. The staff were friendly, helpful and let me try on the carriers to help me decide. Just beware that the price listed isn't the best price they can do. Their online price was a lot cheaper, (by approx $40) than the instore price. They did match it though which was great.
