We called in for a light lunch. The food and coffee were ok. The seating was very poor, not enough room between tables and the amount of time it took to receive our order was too long. I guess they are new and I will probably give them another opportunity, however they will need to improve their service to be competitive.

Called in to pick up a few items. They were out of stock of one product I wanted so I went to the front desk and asked when they would be receiving more stock. They checked stock not yet on the shelves without success. I was given a discount voucher to be used off my total bill, as well as a voucher for 2 of the item for free

Took my "dead" Laptop in, greeted by very friendly staff. No nonense with diagnosing problem. An honest appraisal and work carried out as promised. The service and repair took less than a week

This is a health insurance comparison service that put a lot of effort into finding the right policy at the right price for us. They followed up to check if we needed any further information. Then handled everything for the change over. I would highly recommend them to find the right product for anyone without any hassles.

Every time I enter this establishment I am greeted, even if there is a waiting time you are not ignored. Your needs are taken into consideration when recommending a service providor or mobile phone. Their knowledge is really very good on the products they sell. They put a lot of effort into providing the right service for you

I have been taking my 11 yo grandaughter to All About Kids for some time now and they have assisted her greatly in dealing with an extremely difficult situation. At all times my grandaughter has been treated with the utmost respect and concern. Their assistance has been invaluable

One of the best cutters I have experienced. Very friendly salon, nothing is a trouble, offers coffee etc. Very relaxed atmosphere. Not a mega salon - just about right

I called the service to ask why the person collecting the bag had not done so and left a note saying it was too heavy. I am 67 and could move the bag? I was told by the owner "Ronan would not lie", I was insulted and told him I wanted to terminate the service - the owners response to this was "you know what your problem is you are all about business, you need to go to church and find god". That was enough for me - I concluded the discussion by asking him what right he had to preach to me and hung up.

Technical support - had had faults over the past 6 months with an IQ box which has now failed. It will take 4 days!! to get a technician to check and/or replace IQ Box. We will get compensation for the days out of service but tough luck if we loose any recorded programs. What do we pay for?? The person I spoke to was very apologetic but that doesn't really change the situation. The service quality is very poor for the money paid.
