Carah's has a good range of classic bakery food; pies, sandwiches, sweets, bread rolls etc. etc. The food is nothing special considering the price you pay. I would recommend other bakeries in Bathurst, but Carah's certainly isn't bad.

Bathurst Tennis Centre is great. There are competitions, coaching etc. and it's great for just having a game. Court hire is very cheap and you can hire rackets and balls if you don't have your own. Would recommend.

Very happy with the service and level of care at Bathurst Dental Care. The staff always seem friendly and the Dentists seem very professional and know their stuff.

Sometimes you have to wait a while, but that's what you get with any medical practice.

Not the best restaurant/cafe in Bathurst but definitely worth a visit. The food I have eaten here has been good, with a wide variety to choose from. The service is satisfactory.

Good Bathurst restaurant. The food is quite nice, maybe not quite as good as the money you pay however. They have a good range of meals, desserts and sweat snacks to choose from.

The actual restaurant is very nice, great atmosphere and comfortable seating. I would say it's one of the best in Bathurst for seating and atmosphere.

Just standard McDonald's. They often mess up your order, leaving some things out. This particular McDonald's isn't particularly nice to be in, some of the larger stores seem a bit nicer.

The food is just usual McDonald's.

Pizza Hut Bathurst is a good place to get takeaway food. The quality varies, some nights you get great pizzas, some nights you get not so good pizzas. Overall though, I would recommend. The prices are very reasonable, and it's very easy to obtain vouchers/coupons.

As with all Pizza Hut restaurants, they offer different pizzas, from the cheap "Mia" pizzas to the "Signature" range. You pay a fair bit more for the "Signature" pizzas, but for the most part they are nicer.

Approximate cost: $5-15, $5 for the smaller "Mia" pizzas and $15 for the "Signature" pizzas. About $7-8 for the "Class

These guys were great. We were in Yamba for a week or so, and decided to hire two kayaks. When we mentioned how long we were hiring them for, we were given a decent discount. The prices were still a bit steep, but the quality of the kayaks was simply unbeatable. They were top of the range kayaks and you could tell. We were given everything we needed, including life-jackets, a map of the river in our area, waterproof jackets, the paddles and even anchors (which proved useful).

I would highly recommend these people for hiring kayaks, and they also do tours.

Note: The reason there is no address is because I don't think there is one (correct me if I'm wrong). When we hired the kayaks they were brought to us by a truck & trailer, I don't think they actually have a shop as such.

Good place to get your groceries. It's even better now with Coles and Woolies really competing. This new Woolies in Bathurst is better than the other one, it has the self serve checkouts and wider isles. Plus it's just generally newer.

This is a good pool. The facilities are good, including an outdoor 50m pool, and indoor 25m pool, a smaller pool for exercises and a childrens pool, including a "whirlpool".

Sometimes the kids pool is a bit dirty, with floating things but the other pools are always fine. The change-rooms are OK. Some of the taps are often vandalised and sometimes they are't clean enough though.
