A fantastic and overall enjoyable experience. The staff were delightful, standard of customer service was exceptionally high! The play equipment itself is brilliant, lots for kids to do and keeps them busy for hours! The cafe food and coffee is some of the best I've had in Wollongong - I highly recommend Zoom to everyone! I'm certainly not surprised it won Best Play Centre in Illawarra area last year! Well deserved! :D

Zoom play centre has exceptional staff and the setting suits newborns to older children The food is beautiful,fresh and great in variety.
The play equipment is clean,well maintaned and wonderful.
The party areas are 2nd to n one in the area. There is a dedicated movie theatre for down/quiet time and I cannot tell you how great it is I have organised get togethers with family and friends who do not have Children or GrandChildren as my two GrandChildren are so well amused here that I can converse well with other adults The price I have included is for entry for two Children aged 5 and 3 and our lunch and of course tea served in a pot for Grandma

Great place to play for the kids. The toddler and baby area are enclosed. Large toddler play area and there is a huge area for the bigger kids to play. Cafe is nice and reasonably priced. We had lots of fun, will definitely go there again. Two thumbs up.

so much fun for the little kids!!! there is a variety of slides, soft play, climbing equipment, a carousel, a mini theatre and 2 jumping castles!! it is great value for money, and in the summer months you can get a 2-for-1 voucher from local woolies. a great location for a birthday party. my kids just love it!!

Best to buy gifts for the babies. The prices are so cheap and the qualities are great. I didn't know much of the stuff for babies as I'm still single and I just drop by to buy gifts. I was helped by a young staff who from the very start is very friendly to me.

me and my kids love zoom. its a great meeting place for us mums with little children where it is safe for our kids and a great place for a coffee and a good catch up with friends.

A great big play center with separate sections for babies, toddlers and bigger kids. They do parties too but some are more rushed than others and can be quite expensive $16.50 per child minimum 12, but the kids love it and want to keep going back great for a rainy day but can get really crowded on weekends, My favourite play center in the Illawarra
