I had ongoing trouble with my printer and the non connection to our computers and I phoned Robert from Zoo Computer Repairs to help with the problem. Robert came out on the same day and fixed the pesky problems. Robert was extremely helpful, patient and courteous towards us and we were able to again print out and scan some important documents. I Recommend Zoo Computer Repairs. I First called Zoo Computer Repairs when I had internet issues, and he arrived the same day. I then called him today and he helped me merge over to google as my optusnet account was full. He was very prompt and would highly recommend him.

I've been scammed before, Robert was amazingly patient and kind. He had covid when I contacted him on the weekend and he saw how upset and scared I was that my accounts might have been hacked. He was life saver coming to my aid and assuring me, even this morning when i saw some notifications of people trying to access my account he was caring. He was the only person who got back to me out of all the other computer technicians despite saying that they work afterhours. Very helpful. Very intelligent, very easy to get along with. I had a virus that Robert cleaned up for me and also offered me ongoing support as I"m an 83 year old and tend to trust people a bit too much. He even spoke to the bank for me to make sure that I wasn't at risk of being scammed and wanted to even reach out to family members.

Arrived from the USA and laptop just would not commit to hotspot from mobile phone. Called Robert, phone busy but he called back in minutes. Was later in the day and was just hoping to drop laptop off next morning if lucky and hopefully get it back asap. He offered me to drop it off that night. Well thinking I would still pick up after the fix surprised Robert just got into it and had it fixed that night for me.

I initially called Robert to setup a new computer. I only spent $500 as I thought a new computer would be faster than my old computer. When Robert arrived he mentioned how slow it was and then called Good Guys and advocated for me to see if they would allow me to upgrade my newly purchased computer with a faster one. Robert then accompanied me to the new Good Guys place where we found a new computer that Robert was able to encourage them to bring the price down by $300. He then set up my faster computer and copied over all of my old data. We had issue with facebook as well logging in and Robert was able to set up a new email address so that I could access my old account without having to start again. I so appreciate the time that he has put into this, as he was able to recover all the photos of recently deceased partner. Thank you Robert.
