It is a quite busy shop. But I was quite happy with my hair cut. It is worthy to wait for 30 minutes. The staff was very caring and nice.

I booked in for a treatment, cut and blowdry - repeated this to the hairdresser but she didn't listen and all I got was a cut and blow dry charged at a higher rate. She was a senior stylist, instead of the junior booked. This way I still paid the same amount but for less service than I booked for. I think they were too busy to offer any drink - not even water. Gave them a second try, nothing special - not going back.

I think the service is exceptional, drink upon entry magazines to keep us occupied until appointment. The staff are friendly and great to talk to, i find that i can tell them anything.

Customer service at this particular Zink is exceptional, the hairdressers are friendly and kind. Value for money.

This parlour is very busy most of the time and very difficult to get in without an appointment.. staff are quite friendly and are very much skilled..prices ar also quite reasonable
