In March 2015 I bought a pair of boots that were unused due to a sudden operation on both feet that never allowed me to wear them. As my feet still haven't returned to pre-operation size the boots were put up for sale on Gumtree. Last week I went to Ziera Macquarie Centre North Ryde NSW where Becky provided great cheerful service fitting me with new larger Crystal boots including ordering in and phoning me when they came in. My husband had mentioned the unused boots still at home up for sale on Gumtree and Becky offered to exchange them as the boots were unused. Today I returned to Ziera to swap my 2015 unused pair for the new boots and walked out of the Ziera store "floating" in my new comfortable Ziera boots. Thank you Ziera and Becky for incredibly good service and a wonderful act of kindness.
