I love wandering around Young's Auctions. They have everything imaginable- from furniture, crockery, furniture, jewellery appliances and more furniture. The staff are very helpful, I have rung up a number of times looking for a king sized bed, and they helped us with phone bidding a couple of times.

I will be visiting often as we plan to redecorate a house early next year and you can get near new furniture for a fraction of the cost as well as antiques.

A stint of window shopping brought my hubby and I to browse through Youngs Auction house. We spotted a second hand bike that we thought could replace the one our son broke!! Whilst Youngs is a very popular and busy place the staff took the time to carefully explain the whole bidding process. Afterwards we felt confident enough to go back and bid on the bike for our son. We won the bid :) It was quite an exciting visit and if you think house auctions are frantic you haven't seen the cracking pace at Youngs!! I'd visit again just to hear the auctioneer!! Stock changes every week from fridges, sofas, TV's, basically everything you can think of or want :)
