I had car insurance with Youi for 1 year. When it came time to renew it I opted for another company. I didn't advise Youi and the instalment was automatically deducted from my Mastercard on the day due without my permission. They still had my mastercard details! I phoned on the renewal date to complain and have it refunded and it appears I am not getting it all back because I cancelled a day late. They have no right debiting your card without permission. Be sure to cancel if you wish to, don't assume that ignoring it will cancel the policy. I have never in 35 years had to cancel a policy in order to leave it!
