The change rooms are more than fine!!! even have organic soap in the showers...

While the instructors are good, they allow too many participants in the room at any one time. Hot room yoga already generates loads of perspiration, and then with 40 odd participants, the room it is a smelly environment for practicing Bikram. In addition the change room amenities are in need of refurbishment. I also can't help wondering how often the carpet is dry-cleaned given that most perspiration falls on the carpet rather than the mats!

I try to go there twice a week but quit hard cause i live quite a distance but i found it very good especially bikram yoga ( hot yoga) the first time i went there is winter last year. very good self massage . have to go there before time cause they will locked the door so no late arrival

I cant stop going - its been 3 or 4 years now and recently Im going everyday!! I'd like the "fixed-Firm" pose in Bikram classes deleted and replaced by wheel though. And some of the teachers not pick on me all the time.

Just the best, powerflow teachers are amazing, bikram is nice and hot. Good to arrive early as the classes often fill up quickly.

Excellent Bikram (hot) Yoga. For those that don't know, Bikram Yoga is done in a room heated to about 36 degrees - allowing you to stretch further and sweat - a lot!

I try to go here once or twice a week. I've tried a few different types of yoga but Bikram here is the one that I like best. The instructors are all really good - often that tiny adjustment makes all the difference.
