Wow and another wow for the amazing customer service, outstanding communication and understanding of the processes and steps required to achieve client expectations. Not to mention the abundance of patience and kindness given to every client I witnessed come and go as I waited for my children to have their hairs cut. It's very obvious Yan and his very skilled team of hair technicians are not just hair dressers they are artists dedicated to the art of hair. A big "thank you to Nick" we are so pleased with your service and you made my boys very happy. They both walked out of the salon looking and feeling a million dollars, can't wait for my turn Thursday :)

Honestly, the best place I know and I refuse to go anywhere else! Time and care goes into their work... I love what they do!

Wonderful customer service from Yan and the team who spent a long time even staying back late to give me a beautiful ombre color (from a color disaster). Best hairdresser I've found! After my previous haircut experience I had been avoiding all hairdressers at all costs but it got to the point, and I'm talking a few years later, that my hair needed some serious attention! After the very many recommendations I had been given i decided to go along with our new employee's recommendation to Yan and I honestly could not have been more thankful : ) Yan and his crew were amazing. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, happy and made you feel at home. What I asked to get done with my hair is exactly what I got. I found every time i asked for something from a different hairdresser, they would snip so much more off than I told them to! Yan brought my hair back to life with some style! I had a wash and treatment before my cut then a blow wave and I left the salon feeling absolutely stoked! I am so happy I now have a hairdresser to go back to regularly to help maintain my hair and get it back long again! Also have to say I was shocked with the value, it was so affordable! Most salons these days are just a complete rip off! I couldn't be more grateful to our new employee for his recommendation and feel blessed to have found my new long term hairdresser : )
