Recently attended Yan Raphael for the first time on a mercy dash to correct a home bleaching attempt gone wrong, and found myself in the, thankfully, very capable hands of this salon!
Walked in with horrendous 2-tone bright yellow and orange hair, and within hours walked out with kickass dark red locks! Thank you for rescuing my hair, for not scolding me on my foolish decision to try getting from dark brunette to blonde without professional help,
and for the lovely service, terrific cut and interesting conversation! Love these guys, would highly recommend, and will be a return customer for sure

I visited Yan Refael for the first time recently and was extremely happy with the outcome. The colouring was amazing with a cut that is easy to maintain. The products that you recommended are the best that I have ever used! I especially love the massage chairs at the shampoo station. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Yan Refael. The shop was welcoming, neat and classy, the massage chair during the hair wash was extremely relaxing. And I got the perfect haircut I was looking for, along with some great advice for future cuts and colours. This is definitely my go-to salon now and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Yan Refael is not an ordinary hair dresser, their customer service goes well above and beyond any standard. I have been coming here for a few years and have been blown away by the results of my hair each time. I have never left this shop feeling anything but happiness at how my hair has turned out! After visiting this salon for other reasons, Tim was highly recommended as a master of colour. After listening attentively, Tim made some excellent suggestions and I felt nothing but confidence in allowing him to create the perfect colour palette for my hair. The result is sublime, I couldn't be more pleased. Tim is attentive, empathic, and generous in spirit, also making a trip to the hairdressers a fun experience. I can't recommend him enough and will tell all my friends about his proficiency as a colourist. Thank you Tim, I'm now celebrating my hair with pride and confidence.

Yan is one of the most passionate people you'll ever meet, he loves what he does and it shows! I used to go in with a style in mind, but these days I let him create whatever he knows will look wonderful. He's by far the best colourist I've ever seen and his cuts are seriously works of art. The salon is always full of happy people and whilst you're there they make you part of the family. Gorgeous fit out and great music, I cannot recommend Yan Rafael highly enough! :)
