Yan is a wiz when it comes to hair. He knows what he's doing, and I looked for someone who can really deal with curls for a very long time, and finally found Yan who does an excellent job! He's passionate about it and it is a pleasure to have him cut my hair. The results are brilliant, and long lasting!

I went to Yan Refael on the recommendation of work colleague. I wanted to get detachable hair extensions for my wedding and they had said he specialised in this. I had a consultation with Yan before the wedding and we spoke about how I wanted my hair and my reservations about colouring my own hair to match the extensions.

Instead of convincing me to colour my hair (which would have been easier for him!), Yan decided to dye the extensions to match the colour of my hair. The result was absolutely perfect - the colours matched flawlessly. After inserting the extensions into my hair, my hair was styled exactly as I had imagined, and extra care was taken to ensure that the style would stay in place the entire night, which it did.

Yan and his staff impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness. I have since returned to the salon where I have been equally impressed with their service and been greeted with smiles from everyone. They make all of the clients feel at home, and most importantly, they listen to their needs, the end product being fantastically coloured/cut/styled hair.

All in all, the experience was a truly positive one and I highly recommend this salon.
