I had my first cut today with Tim after reading reviews on WOMO. This salon was the fourth I had tried since moving to Melbourne 8 months ago and all I can say is I wish I had found it long ago!! At last I have found a stylist who is friendly, competent and listened to what wasn't working with my current style before confidently cutting the style we had discussed. At last I have walked out of a salon feeling amazing, thanks Tim :-)

I can highly recommend Yan and his staff. I was looking for a new hairdresser to cut and colour my (very curly) hair and chose Yan Refael based on comments on this site. I was not disappointed. Yan and his colleague made a real effort to squeeze me in late on a Saturday afternoon as I was scheduled to have my baby on the Monday morning. They did a fantastic job both with cut and colour and prices were very reasonable. They are also just lovely people. I will definitely be returning!

After searching around for a new hairdresser to try I found Yan Rafeal on WOMO and was excited to give the salon a go after reading the many great and exceptional reviews the salon has received.

I went to go in for a cut and ombre/bolyage. I had a thorough consult with Yan about the colours and explained the process as I have darker hair.

During my treatment Yan and his team made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times offering magazines and coffee/tea. My treatment took a while as I have long dark hair which was going to a light ombre, even though I knew Yan was busy, I didn't feel like he was in a rush to do my hair which shows he takes the time to make sure customers leave feeling happy with their hair. The salon is very clean and hygienic and the massage chairs at the basins were so relaxing.

After my colour I got a trim, blow wave and style. I was happy with the results and would happily go back and recommend friends to visit the salon.

Yan is lovely, and after having a chat with him he truly is passionate about what he does. I had a great experience and the customer service was perfect.

I have been to many salons .. The team there listened to exactly what I wanted and catered to my wishes of what I had been told couldn't be done.
Also the experience is wonderful from getting a beautiful coffee to constant pampering in the massage chairs when getting your hair washed.
A friendly bunch of people that ensure your happy with the hair changing experience.
I highly recommend trying out this stylish salon.
You will leave satisfied in getting value for your worth.
