Terrible clinic, the worst I have ever been to. Not only it is impossible to functionally get an appointment as a full time worker. When you do have one and have called ahead the night before to ensure the correct staff will be on for the specific thing you need, you go in first thing the next morning to be told you can't do the thing you need because the nurse isn't in! How ridiculous.

I recently visited this clinic and was less than amused and even less satisfied. Though I don't use this clinic often I have used it a few times, but I think my last visit was the one that finally broke me and had to speak out.

The visit was on a Sunday 4th September and although the waiting room was almost empty. I didn't get in to see the doctor until about 50mins after my appointment time. I have never been to see a doctor at this clinic and gotten in on time and by on time I mean within 10mins of them scheduled appointment. I'm not one to bitch and moan about an appointment being a little late 5 to 10 minutes maybe even 15mins is acceptable but 50mins was way to long.

When I finally got in to see the doctor, there was not one word of apology for being so late. Nor did I get an apology from from the staff; though the women at reception were friendly and as helpful as their job allowed them to be.

The docs I have seen in the past have been ok without being special. only one has ever commented on me being of a certain age where certain tests would be advisable. If I go back to this clinic I will see if I can get that one doctor again.

This is a perfect clinic if all you require is a leave (sick) certificate, but anything serious in my opinion (and that's all it is) do what I am going to do and try and find another clinic.

Doctors are good and friendly. Convenient as for late hours timings. Generally get to the doctor quicker as sometime have to wait in busy times. Only annoying thing is the staff at reception as you can't ask them how long it will take as they put a sign not to ask.

I have been seeing Dr Sharleni for the past 2 years and she is the best Doctor with her professional approach also her follow up with Patients.. She is the best Ever!

I was able to get into see a doctor within 24 hours of making a phone call. Seen withing 5 minutes of arriving. Doctor was friendly, addressed my problem and I left.

The doctors here are nice and listen to what you have to say. Very professional. I have been going here for several years. They have a reminder service for on going care when you are due to go back for check ups. I also like that I can take my daughter there for immunizations Bad side is there is always a long wait to see doctors.

This is my preferred local medical centre\doctors, I've been going there for a good 3 years now... They've always been friendly and provide a satisfactory service. Unfortunately the wait times recently have been horrendous, even though you have an appointment, you are often waiting an hour, even over an hour after your appointment time.

Having said that, the doctors are very friendly in the main and the nurses and desk staff are very friendly and welcoming.
