G'day today came in for a vaccination covid-19 against my friends and families advice that was hard enough to add when I got there I had a small issue with my Medicare card the receptionist would not allow me to use the phone to call Medicare numberd and my pH died was on hold to Medicare for at least 8 minutes.
I offered to pay cash for the appointment however even my driver's licence and they could see it was me was not good enough to get the vaccine something there shows me the vaccine is dangerous and clearly the government want to keep tabs on your vaccine status and just wait for the vaccine do mutate new strain of covid-19 and the vaccinated will not only 4ever have health problems a large majority of them are expected to die..... And to my shock I heard my appointment given to a backpacker who paid cash to get the vaccine at my appointment time these bastards gave away my vaccine to a non citizen look after your own first no wonder why your rating is so low on Google your service stinks and I clearly see the benefit are backpacker over a citizen taking the appointment as I would claim bulk billing and get money back where is the backpacker does not claim money back it's a case of profit over caring at this practice I doubt they will do this to their own family members

We have been going to this clinic since we have moved to Wyndham vale. But sadly, their reception staff is very very rude. They have no concern for any patient. This clinic was good because of Dr Readdy and Dr Gutha but the staff at the front is very irresponsible with no communication skills, rude receptionists. Need a change in reception staff. I think they have been there for a long time that's why they think to need no manners to speak to their customers. But a reminder "it's not their business they are only workers and gets paid for their work".

Myself and my hubby have been going to the wyndhamvale clinic for years our doctor dr reddy gutha is a great doctor who listens to you and helps you the phyo are also great in helping people always found the staff very helpful

Not good. Waiting time to see doctor is anywhere between one and two hours plus. Obviously waiting so long in the waiting room makes you more susceptible to other people's illnesses. The reception staff are not fabulous and you really need someone that has empathy (for a start) and someone who is helpful and people orientated, this is not a bus/train terminal although sometimes it can feel like that. Just because we are in the suburbs, doesn't mean we have to be treated like cattle!

Very rude reception staff whom show no care factor and provide patients with wrong information.
Waiting room is a germ breeding and spreading environment with limited seating, the 1 toilet is dirty.
My mother has been extremely ill and can not wait in the waiting area for it is bad for her conditions and pain factor and she would more than likely catch something from the many other waiting patients. I have tried to make appointments on my mothers behalf, my requests have been refused by the receptionists and they tell me in a rude manner that they can not make exceptions. We have waited hours to see my mothers preferred doctor and then he has refused to see her because he has filled his quota for the day then we waited for the next available doctor at the suggestion of the reception staff and upon seeing the next doctor he refused to prescribe my mothers medication and would not interfere with the previous doctors treatment. WHAT AT WASTE OF TIME, my mother became very anxious and agitated something she can not in her state of health afford to become.
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A QUICK FIX FOR A SLIGHT COLD AND ARE PREPARED TO SPEND HOURS WAITING YOU SHOULD GO THERE, BUT, IF YOU REQUIRE REAL QUALITY ON GOING RELIABLE TREATMENT WITH SOME CARE FACTOR YOU WOULD BE WASTING YOUR TIME. I SUGGEST STRONGLY THAT YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR CARE PROVIDERS. BULK BILLING IS NOT EVERYTHING. THAT CLINIC REALLY NEEDS SOMEONE WITH A CARING ATTITUDE TO COME IN AND SORT OUT THEIR RECEPTION STAFF AND OPERATIONAL WAYS.
