I've used wotif for ages now, and the web service is always up to date and prompt. I've especially enjoyed getting emails about upcoming specials, and always use this to book weekends/short trips away. I needed a copy of a tax invoice recently, and it was emailed to me instantly - excellent customer service and a great product.

I have always used wotif for my holiday, I always find that their price is better than any other website. However, I am a bit disappointed with the mystery hotel as I book it once and when I get the email with the name of the hotel I am booked , I found that I could be paying less if I book under that hotel on the same site. I feel that the price for a mystery hotel should be lower than the actual price advertise on the same website. Anyway, I still continue to use wotif cos it is still the cheapest amongst all

I love using this site, but I think the prices are not as competitive as when they first started. Sometimes you can actually get a better deal by ringing the hotel direct.

wotif is really good for last minute bookings at a cheaper price. i booked a hotel in the city for NYE last year and wotif had them listed and rated ready for me. very good service, got what they advertised and happy with results (a good night out!)

A convinient website but watch out as often you can still get the same prices by going direct to the hotels. It's still worth a look and you can find great deals from time to time.

Wotif is the only place I go for the best accommodation rates. I often use it to check out which hotels are in the area, viewing on a map and looking at their photos. Sometimes it's cheaper to check out the actual hotel's website for rates and other times Wotif have the best deal.
