Bought $250 worth of ear protection. Waited 3 weeks for my purchase to arrive. When I called to enquire regarding it, I was advised that the goods were not yet dispatched from 3M with no ETA. I had no choice but to cancel the order and source them elsewhere. I waited another 10 days for the refund. Meanwhile the goods arrived and had to be returned. I was advised to repack the goods and return them via a Post Office. And then I was charged a $20 cancellation fee. Not fair.
