I was so pleased with Word Of Mouth removals - they were punctual, fast, efficient, polite and professional. They never judged or questioned the amount of things we owned - they just got on with the job. Charlie was very diligent with the build up to the move too and checked in with me regularly to see how I was going and if I needed any help with packing or equipment.

We have used Word of Mouth Removalists a few times now and are without a doubt the best around. They make moving so simple.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. The guys were absolutely amazing, working tirelessly through the rain to get my family moved. Charlie went over and above our expectations and would recommend them to everyone.

I honestly cannot highly recommend Charlie and his company & crew enough. These boys are the hardest workers I have ever met. From 7.00am until 7.00pm they were going, going & going. It didn't matter what type of furniture you had they were always so careful and cautious with it packing it and unpacking it carefully with nothing broken or a scratch. They always made sure you were 100% happy with where they had put the furniture, and never complained once even when they had to undo and reconnect my bed with 1000 screws! They worked 12 hours straight with smiles on their faces.
