Store manager is rude and has no idea how to handle complaints. Staff are just as bad.

Woolworhts seem to be consistent good quality and value. I hadn't been here before, but it was on my way home, so I stopped in for a top up shop. They had a good variety of fresh produce, packaged nuts and snacks, milk and dairy, and all the usual grocery lines. It was a familiar atmosphere, friendly and clean too. I bought a few things and looked about a bit. I bought some beautiful pastries and bread from the bakery section. It was easy to access and find a park, which is always great when you are in a hurry. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area again .

Woolworths is about what you would expect from a supermarket, you get a mixture of friendly and not so friendly staff. Its handy because it's close to where we live, we go there when we are not at North Lakes.

Not everything is within reasonable pricing, but i really like the layout of the store, the way its set up and availability of a vast variety of products is very appealing to me, I look forward to doing my grocery shop there.

Mostly I don't mind shopping at Woolworths and would choose it over some other chains. However I was looking for a tin of 100% coconut cream (stocked in other Woolworths stores) and they don't have it in stock. They have other coconut creams (less than 100%) of the SAME BRAND, but when I spoke with the person in charge he just said they did not stock it and would not be stocking it. I am disappointed, but can get it at other Woolworths stores and Coles so will be going elsewhere.

I do the weekly shopping here, i find the staff to be very helpful & polite. Although they don't always have all the products we like to buy we still enjoying shopping there.

I used to shop here a long time ago but have moved a long distance from the shopping centre It is no longer convenient for me to shop here but I did enjoy shopping here

i buy most of my groceries at woolworths and i needed my v8 juice but they didnt have it on special like coles did so i ask whether they would match it and they did i saved over .050 a bottle so i stocked up because its not always on sale

We do our weekly shop here and have always found the service to be good, the price is as to be expected, we buy up big on the weekly specials when required. The staff have always been very polite toward myself and everybody else, I've never seen a staff member be rude yet
