LOVE Woolworths, they are always the best value, looks bright & inviting & this store has wonderful staff in the fruit & vegetable department YET there always seems to be obstacles in the way that is in the way of shoppers trolleys, prams & disabled people's vehicles

Great store that's easy to navigate around. The staff are very friendly & readily available to help.
I do find on some sale items they quite often have low stock :(

Phoned for a price check on an item but it took 3 different members of staff to try to help each time placing me on hold and each time getting the wrong item.

a few weeks back, after shopping, my mother had discovered there was a dead fly in the meat she had purchased. this is understandable as there are always going to be unlucky moments such as this and no shop can guarantee perfection in any sector whether its packaging, customer service or sufficient inventory. however i found that after we notified woolies of this fly, they were very appologetic, and handled the situation better then what was expected of them. we got new meat and our money back from the original purchase. and the staff that handled it, were great, so thank-you to the staff, the manager and the store. apart from this incident i have never had any problem what so ever, and i find this store to be one of the best in the local area including redcliffe and northlakes.

I like shopping at Woolworths, Deception Bay, as it is one of the most clean and easily accessible grocery stores in the suburb. It usually stocks good quality fresh fruit and vegetables which is essential to pleasing me!
