Walking around the store I really didn't enjoy listening to the shelf stackers having a good old chat loudly and it happened on two occasions being there. Also each time I have checked out at the self service the staff member every time stood there looking at her feet while I struggled with my bags and she didn't come and take my basket or bother to speak to me as I left. I don't know why she was there really. Other times they have been distracted talking to someone at the service desk while I had to yell excuse me! when something went wrong with the scanner. I won't waste my time going back here again!

Always friendly, helpful staff. Willing to go the extra for a customer. Store is always very clean & stock available. Home delivery service is always on time & never a missing item.

There is always plenty of car parking and checkouts available at this store, however the biggest area for improvement is restocking, especially in the meats and fresh food produce. On too many occasions I have visited the store and they do not have the item I am specifically after, such as mince, fresh herbs, and tomatoes, just to name a few.
