I called Mark to help me out around the house with minor odd jobs that my tradie husband is perfectly capable of doing but just had no time (or interest) in doing. I had high expectations of Mark's ability because my husband is so capable and Mark well and truly exceeded my expectations. He not only had the skills and tools to do the work, he has the best attitude ever. He was quick but thorough, excellent communicator and very accommodating when I constantly added more jobs to his list. I called him back numerous times over the next few months and I got the same excellent service (I didn't just catch him on a good day, he has been excellent every time). Then when we decided to sell our house my husband called him so that he could come and help him fix up those other last minute things! That is a huge testimony in itself!! I have since recommended Mark's services to several friends and they have also been extremely happy. I am so relieved that Mark is happy to come all the way to our new home in Mount Martha when I need an extra pair of hands and hubby is too busy with his own renovations :-) Thanks Mark, you're a life saver.

After reading the reviews I expected a decent job. Unfortunately I was very disappointment with the workmanship and would not recommend.

Had a few things that needed to get done around the house. Found Woodys on WOMO and gave them a call. Mark came the next day promptly. Gave us a quote 2 days later and I booked them in. They leveled some doors, fixed a door handle, painted some window frames and architraves.

Overall, they did a very good job. Happy with the outcome. The door handle was fixed previously by someone else, but the work these guys did was far superior. They also helped hang up 2 mirrors. All in all a good experience. We will have them in again soon to do some painting.

AWESOMENESS!! I came back from work to find not only kitchen cabinet door fixed but also tightened the screws on couple of wardrobes for no extra charge (didnt know mum was going to ask u to do that too lol )!!fantastic job by Bill got your no on speed dial on home phone :)

I called Bill to wall-mount our dryer and also fix a door that had come off the hinge. He came by a few days later and gave a very reasonable quote for the work, and was able to perform the work straight away.

I rang Jeanette after reviewing other's comments on this site, and Woody's HandyMen did not disappoint! Within a day or so of initial contact, Bill came to my house with a tape measure and provided me with a quote within 24 hours. He arrived as promised with son Mark a few days later and they worked tirelessly as a team to lift doors, tile, grout, paint, hang shelves, driers, pictures, towel racks and mirrors. They even fixed my broken lighting. They are lovely people, who provide quality reliable service. A true find! I will be a frequent client...

Great job with kitchen installation, tiling and good value. Do need to confirm understanding of job, tools and finish to avoid unnecessary rework and expense. Learnt from that experience and have used him again.

Got a window & a door need to be fixed, as well as a side fence done, but could not find anyone who would come to do the job for us. From this website, I confidently contacted Jeanette (the wife), and Bill promptly called me back, arranged the time for the quote. The quote was even cheaper than what our real estate agent guessed, so we happily asked Bill to go ahead. Within a day and a half of contacting Bill and Jeanette, all of our problems re: window, door, fence, gone! My husband and I are very grateful to them. I have already passed Bill and Jeanette's phone numbers to our friends (they asked for the numbers after hearing my good experience from Woody's Handyman Service).

I needed a doorframe removed so I could move a large spa pool. Bill arrived on time, did a great job, helped move the spa then put the door back on. No fuss. Friendly and helpful and excellent value for money.
I have been looking for a handyman to help with my renovations but others I've called have not been as helpful so I will definitely become a regular customer of Bill's.

I had two gates, three garage/shed doors and the laundry door fixed as they were all sticking and couldn't be opened or closed (they're made of wood). They were planed back, for one gate the support post had to be moved, and then the exposed wood was repainted. One door needed it's hinges altered too.
Bill came and gave a quote the day I contacted him and the work was done the following week. Bill and his wife Jeanette are very friendly and professional.
I had a quote from another handyman who quoted significantly more and didn't give the same friendly, positive vibe. I would definitely use Woody's again.
