brilliant and helpful and thorough and they definately know what they are doing. not one single issue. the whole process was completed within two weeks of lodging my claim and the car came out looking brand new

atrocious ... 3 weeks to repair a car (realistically a 1.5 week job) and they did further damage to the car ie. put dents and scratches in other panels. they then had another 2 attempts (at AAMI's insistence) to fix their errors (another 6 weeks) and were unsuccessful. car had to be taken to another repairer to correct all their faults.
