It seem if i buys my bread to early i well end up with "yesterday" bread. The same goes every Saturday all day. They claim to make everything fresh in the premises. Please explain why do I regularly see trucks deliver frozen danish, croisssant, ready made tarts and donuts, big buckets of cream and why do they have all these unlabel tins (from Coles?) under the table. PLease explain?

Lovely little bakery. The fresh bread and rolls are very tasty. Good range of other baked goods, like pies, cakes and tarts. They sell coffee as well.
