I ordered 10 windows The order took a few months to be fitted the 2 guys that did the job where fantastic and very professional and they had another guy come out and take the old Windows away which no other company we had a quote from did I would definitely use them again

Absolutely hopeless, ordered in January still not installed end of April. Every time I rang I got a different story they rebooked twice then when I rang on the day to see if the install would go ahead I was told not today......

My parents ordered some windows Oct 2016. I have made numerous phone calls and have never received a call back. Nearly 7 months later i phoned them again and now they can't find our order. How is this business still operating?

I install windows. These guys sell good windows at a good price. Cant comment about their installation service as i do it myself. But they do look after their customers. As a chippy i would recommend them.

We've had them out to the house a number of times. Once they made a mistake with the size of the fly screens, took them back, fixed them up and refitted them in no time. Very impressed with the service. Great value too. Each time they come out, the charge is much less than we expected to pay. They are friendly and polite, and have even given us advice over the phone so that we could fix a problem ourselves.

We replaced all our wooden windows with new aluminum ones. These guys were the best value for money. They were fast and efficient. The finished product was beautiful. The removal of the old windows could have been better.
