My car was in for LPG service and several faults were identified and after my authorisation parts were replaced.I expected some repairs so I was not concerned.There was an alarm beeping prior to service which I thought was a "service due" prompt.
Two days after service I drove the car and switched over to LPG. and the alarm continued to beep.
i phoned the business and asked if it was possible to bring the car in whilst the alarm was beeping to try and diagnose the source.
They gladly accepted and then spent about 2 hours trying to determine the fault.
happily,the fault was found and they would not accept further payment.
To me ,this business has really excelled in customer satisfaction and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
They have a complete car service capabilities and even sell tyres,batteries .
