Had same delays - months in getting parts from now had the sway bar they fitted come loose and rip the CV boots.
Note this is after less than 5,000 km.

I called them before I placed an online order and they told me they had the items on stock. 2 weeks later they still hadn't sent me the items so I asked for a refund of my $2,000. I had to follow up several times and go to court to get my money back.

Seem to blame everyone and everything else for their poor service & poor communication. Called, emailed, called again, and again, and again... "We sent that last week.", "We sent that yesterday.", hadn't sent it, couldn't provide tracking information, a complete farce. Too busy to bother once they have your money.

Love taking your money but when they can't supply don't like giving it back to you. Have to fight to get you money back.

We made arrangements to travel from Tamworth to Queensland to have a canopy fitted to our new ute and at the same time planned to purchase a BedRug ute liner from another retailer. Unfortunately the retailer had none in stock and there was a 6 week wait for more to arrive. We then contacted Wolf 4x4. Tristan was able to source one from his supplier in Melbourne, and he even gave us a discount on his usual price. As it turned out, we weren't able to get the canopy fitted, and we had to change our arrangements for collecting the BedRug several times, but Tristan was very patient and accommodating. Tristan's honesty, knowledge and advice on 4x4 accessories was very helpful. We are very grateful for his assistance and wholeheartedly recommend his business to others.
