Order wokinabox over $65 worth as friends were over, picked it up paid got home and there was no rice. I rang them and said “we didn't get our rice dished (fried rice and 2 x plain rice)”, they said “Oh yeh we have no rice left” (Asian shop with no rice WTF). I asked “why did you not tell me this when I ordered or picked up the food”, the repose was “we must have forgot”, I asked about a replacement meal or dish as I paid for the entire meal and didn't receive the entire meal, they simply said “we don't do that”.
I have since sent a letter, an email and a voice message to head office and they have not even had the politeness to respond. I have not been back to any wokinabox since.
