Such poor quality shoes...the soles split in half 2 months after purchase. They use to be good years ago but now it's just another cheap shopping centre retailer!

Bought a pair of shoes online , they came all scratched and extremely uncomfortable to wear, came to the shop to return, the girl said she will loose her job if she accepts them because I bought them on sale! What?! Doesn’t make any sense, most companies do accept any returns, sale, not sale , in worst case scenario you could offer me a gift card.. terrible attitude to your loyal customers, I’ve been buying A LOT and never on sale. NO MORE

Well put together shoes and fairly prompt post. Customer care could be little quicker though.

The shoes look great but getting pretty tired of throwing near-new shoes away because they are falling apart. Far too over priced for poor quality. They have a sale on right now so I couldn't help myself & bought a couple of new pairs. Brought them home to find one pair is already coming apart at the seams in two places & I haven't even worn them yet!! Would never buy these shoes full price, not worth it.

I used to swear by Wittner shoes but in the last few years they must have changed their quality standards because all five pairs that I've purchased since 2012 have been terrible quality while their prices have gone up. I bought a pair of patent leather shoes last year (2016) and after ONE wear the patent leather was cracked and damaged. Another pair of flat boots that I purchased in the same month had the plastic heel cap drop off after TWO wears (!!!) (luckily they replaced the heel caps for free but it's definitely an indication of very poor manufacturing standards). I've finally decided after being a 10+ year customer that I'm not buying their shoes anymore because the brand quality has gone from great sturdy shoes that you can wear every day to death, to absolutely cheap garbage. Disappointing.

Hard to find a good pair of leather work shoes, this is the place! Good quality, long lasting shoes. I buy my boots and flats from here. I did have one pair of flats that came apart at the back of the heel, took them instore and the pair was replaced ( still had my receipt )

I bought a pair of plain black leather ballet flats from Wittner. They have stretched so much that they're unwearable, in a short matter of months! Very frustrating as they cost $100 which I think is a lot for such plain shoes.
