Wiseberry Kellyville managed my rental property for a number of years. During this time there were very few issues that needed to be managed. However, following the sale of my property their attitude and approach changed dramatically. They would not answer my questions, nor provide me with any timeframes when they would release the final monies for my property. I had to chase them continuously for a period of four months before I was paid the outstanding monies owed. During this period they were extremely rude and hostile and I could not possibly recommend them.

Wiseberry Real Estate is a good agent they have friendly staff most of the time there is definatly room for improvement in customer service and the way they manage thier clients.
