We have used this once, it was not by any means the companies fault, my dog just HATES other people washing her and we didn't know this.. The lady who tried to wash her was great and was very understanding of our dogs fear

They were very friendly and seemed to look after our loved puppy very well. The facility itself is not always very inviting but they get the job done at a reasonable price. They are happy to keep your puppy while you do other things.
