great coffee and a great tea selection , home made cakes to die for ,very friendly staff . we will come back for sure , the scones jam and cream are the best I've had . thank you very much

stopped on for a coffee on our way through and it was very nice. was a very pleasant little place with very lovely staff. didnt try the food but it smelt good and am regretting not giving it a go

This is a quaint little old cottage that has been turned into a tea room. They have a limited menu here and the portion sizes are very small however, the food is still quite nice. Inside the tea room is very cramped however, there are lots of tables and chairs outside where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the Split Point lighthouse.
