Happy atmosphere and dogs love it. Open plan so you can see the dogs arent stuffed in cages out the back room. 5 stars!

My dog LOVES it here. He comes out cleaner than any groomer has even had him and he smells great for days. He gets out of the car and runs to the door to get in and have a play, can't recommend these girls enough. I'm always amazed at how happy all the dogs are and how they seem to enjoy their time there. Never again will he go to anyone else

I'm so glad I found these groomers!! Williamstown has been in desperate need of a good grooming salon for some time and now we finally have one! My two babies adore getting their hair cut and no one has ever done it so well. I love the way the dogs get to play and we can see they aren't just shoved in a cage somewhere like at other places. 5 stars!!

My dog has been there several times to see Sharmain. Everything is an A+ except I'd like the inside of my poodle's ears plucked more thoroughly as recommended by the vet, which I've pointed out with no improvement. Besides that the clip is great, loved the feather extensions and nail painting has never chipped!!! Friendly staff, clean, knowledgable. I have confidence and peace of mind my dog is well taken care of there. Owner trained in the US and Japan and is simply above and beyond all the other groomer's I've tried in Australia. Staff show dogs and horses, and their love of animals is obvious. Its great seeing people doing something they are passionate about.

I would say the worst dog groomers I have ever been to. Ears had chunks taken out of them, were shaved for some stupid reason, and one is shorter than the other. People at the park are shocked when we tell them "a professional" cut it. There is absolutely no shape to the dogs face either, it's just been clipped back. The groomer even razored between the dogs eyes..... Who does that? Honestly could have done a better job at home. I would not recommend. Take your loved one somewhere else!

I can not believe the last review , after trying 3 different dog groomers for my two cavalier King Charles girls and not being pleased with the end results and the dogs always stressing with all 3 previous groomers , I gave Williamstown grooming a go and not only am I so happy to of found this salon , but the cav's - Madeleine & Scarlet have never looked and felt better , and the biggest shock was the cav's get excited when we go there ! The ladies care so much for the dogs , they go out of there way for their customers also . Madeleine and scarlet have been going since they opened and visit every three weeks . I am very fussy with my girls as most cav owners are ( they are my babies and spoilt rotten) and would only leave them with people that new what they were doing and most of all cared for them . I can assure any one that is reading reviews and looking for the best groomers for there dogs , this is the place to take them . As the stars in the rating system states " THE BEST " - guarantee you will be as happy with their service , their skill and their warm welcoming nature as Madeleine,Scarlet and I am .

Just wanted to say thanks to the girls for grooming my Charlie boy! I was a bit worried leaving him, especially somewhere new, but the staff here made it so easy! Charlie was in for a full clip for the upcoming hot weather (Spoodle!) and I was worried he would look horrible all short, however our groomer ellie?, bless her, listened to my carrying on and happily helped me decide on a cut that was cool and comfortable, but still cute! I was still sceptical at first...but when I picked him up he looked exactly as I had specified! I was very impressed! he smelled lovely and clean and was happily playing with the other dogs on the floor :D Well done to the staff here, very high quality of work plus a genuine care for each individual customer and dog that comes in. definitely will recommend.

Beautiful groomers and lovely salon. I was recommended to try Williamstown dog grooming by many many people from different dog parks around the area after my boy had a terrible experience at another local shop. Boy was I gobsmacked when I picked him up, I never knew he could look so good! His white bits were brilliant WHITE and he was so soft and clean. He looked like a spaniel should and is still looking amazing a week later (never before has this happened). I now sing high praise of them and tell everyone I can just like those who sang to me. Fantastic work and such a happy place, he didn't want to come home. I look forward to bringing him here for the rest of his days

Amazing groomers!! Never before have both my dogs looked so fantastic, I have been to every groomer in the area and beyond and am ecstatic to have found these girls! Not a hair out of place and such a beautiful job, my girls haven't stopped getting compliments when we walk down the street. I was recommended to go to Williamstown Dog Grooming by a large number of people down at our local dog park where we go every morning, they had all had their dogs groomed and they were all as happy as I now am. The girls came back happy, clean and smelling great! They didn't have signs of stress once home like they have when they have visited other groomers in the area. 10 stars if I could!! Will be going back every four weeks and can't wait to do so :D!!!
