Rcently had our 20 year old bathroom renovated. Fully demolished. Work completed though very rough. scratches on tiles, on tapware, tiles not fitted properly, plumbing have had little incidents. The business owner is not very good with communicating, gets defensive when asked questions about what he was doing. Did not provide electrical or plumbing compliance certificates and refuses to follow up.
