I attended the Wickham Park Hotel for ANZAC day and saw [redacted personal identifier] handling all of the food with his bare hands along with picking food back off the ground and putting it back on the grill. He also scratched his buttocks, played with his child, wiped his nose etc and went straight back to handling the food with his bare hands. [redacted personal identifier] had gloves on but was wiping his nose and patting another person on the buttocks and continued to handle the food. The person handling the money also handled the food. [redacted personal identifier] approached me asking if I have a problem and I replied. He then said "I don't have to wear gloves or worry about any health regulations". I have eaten here before but after seeing this, I will never eat here again.

Went and checked out the pub as they had a live band playing on Sunday arvo. The pub was totally packed with patrons averaging from 30 onwards. They have live bands playing 5 days a week. Definately the place to go for entertainment.

We used to be semi-regulars here after the publician Barry took over and lifted theplace up and it had great bands, atmosphere nad food then.

I've been back to Newcaslte on holiday a few times since nad popped in for old times sake and the imporvements are shocking in the best possbile way. The old place looks great and keeps getting better - better music, better atmosphere and bette food. Great rockabilly themes and all - simply loved it.

I just had my birthday celebrations here and it was wonderful. The finger food I ordered was absolutely delicious and everybody commented on how nice it was. The venue itself is just great. We had an area specifically set up for us. There was a live band performing later in the evening. They really couldn't have done any more for us. Friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
