Thanks White knights. You should be ashamed for treating your clients like this!You would think the manager of the company would sort this kind of nonsense out to give their name some credit. But obviously not.

Had this mob managed my rental property after purchased an investment from them. They simply ignored items need to be fixed and never told me, not even a single inspection report. Only found this out after changing the management to another company, lucky the (excellent) tenants didn't leave. Sent them the termination notice couple of times, they lied they never received any notice and wanted another 3 month (make sure you change the notification period from the standard 90 days to 30 days on the form) , good I had proof that they were notified. Very poor communications. Won't use them even if they are free.
