In general their customer service is good, we have our Mortgage with Westpac and are pleased with how easy it was to change over.

After a terrible experience with Commonwealth Bank Newmarket, I drove to Westpac Bank Ashgrove, and was pleasantly greeted at the door by a well presented young man. I asked if I could just get some change for my workplace. He walked me over the "Change Machine" and explained if I am a Customer, and have a Westpac card, I just insert, and press any denomination of change.. Now, I obviously don't get out enough, because this the coolest invention I have ever seen!! I can also access after hours which suits me as I manage a restaurant. Seriously Westpac, give that guy a raise, his customer service skills have restored my faith in banks, cuz last I seen it was "take a number"..
