had westpac do a comparison on my current home loan as they had been advertising heavily in the newspapers. The person was very nice who did it but I found that I would be a lot worse off financially if I moved.

I took my daughter in to open her first account. The service was excellent however a little slow in getting to the service counter. Overall though the experience compatred to other banks was terrific.

We were having a few problems with a broadband service provider...to cut a long story short, they continued charging our account even after several attempts through emails and phone calls...finally Westpac interviened and solved the whole problem...this is what you call over and beyond the duty service...Thanks guys!!

Went in to open an account and before knowing my circumstances was treated as if I was a valued customer worth mega bucks! It was a brilliant feeling true customer service at its best. Cathy was the lady responsible for my amazing experience!
