If there is 0 star I will give 0 very rude receptionists don't know how to talk with patients and families just trying to fight without letting us know we are not allowed to wait inside.what if don't have car should we buy a car first then come to see doctorwhere should patients wait???
If patients say something these ladies showing like we don't care.specialy in health feed that much anger is not healthy for this kind of administration. Let say what doctor behaviours. Fuk place

Some people think that Medicare is free it is only those people who dont work and get the govt help for their basic needs .People like me paying 1800 or 2000 to medicare and my partner pay around 1400 every year .So people have the full right to comment about good or bad doctors or clinics and their staff like anything else.

Should be so lucky to be able to go and see a Doctor on Medicare unlike overseas where people don’t have access to healthcare like we do. Ungrateful bunch

Doctors are ok but the reception doesn’t know how to manage the time. Overall, the medical centres are bad at management but Westgate is the worst one amongst all.

Living in Australia for more than 10 years now and having the worst experience from this medical centre. Was waiting there for 4 hours along with my sick wife & 7 years old son and the doctor left the medical centre before attending us. And the receptionist simply say "sorry" and ask us to come after one month. Absolutely disgusting. Never suggest anyone to go there. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

I find most of the doctors to be hopeless at this clinic. I have seen a female doctor there and she is the only one who was caring and professional. All the other doctors I have seen just seem to want to rush you out of the door.

Very new centre, therefore very clean and spacious.
Receptionist are very helpful and friendly.
Doctors are slow, but I think its good, because they want to spend as much time as possible with the patient.
Dr Kaur (female) is very helpful and understanding and a very pleasant person.
