The ladies here are excellent - had all the products I needed and more - always happy to order anything extra I need and they are so knowledgeable - excellent customer service too - just LOVE them - they make it so easy :)

i would have to give this place thumbs up! im a new hairdresser and have been to other hair supplies places and had the workers be very rude to me but this place all the staff are so friendly and very helpful which is why i now only go here. they have been nice to me since the first day i went in and now they have my business and the only place i go now

the staff are really helpful and friendly and are on hand to offer advice and while it is only for people in the trade it is great to have a supplier in ballarat and they have a large range of products
