The surgery is immaculate, the receptionist is always smiling and friendly. They work on appointments, sometimes Dr is running late but it definitely is worth the wait. I trust the doctor so much that I tried to enroll my sister-in-law but their books were closed, and Dr explained to me that she is not seeing new patients to provide a better quality of care to her current patients. She is great with my two young children, and she opens early 6 days a week to accommodate for workers and school kids. After 9 am you can book an appointment. the consultation is always of a high quality and thorough. I always walk out feeling better, even before I take the medicine she has prescribed.
Upon going in to see the Dr she tells me that mornings are for people at work and students making me feel very unwelcome although that was the only time I could make it. After she had diagnosed my condition and I was asking her for more information she told me to look it up on the Internet. It feels like they are just after that Medicare card or payment there, not the people. Its about quantity rather than quality there.
This rating of my favorite doctor is so untrue. She comes in at 8 am - which is an hour earlier than the usual 9 am start 6 days a week. She does this accommodate for the patients that have work and school children. I rate the quality of her consultations highly. She is extremely caring, empathetic and fantastic with children. I have 2 young children and I work, it is so annoying when a patient that doesn't work goes in first in the morning and doesn't come out for 45 mins.
