Extremely satisfied with repairs done to my vehicle they went above and beyond and I could not fault their service

Could not fault them at all. Great repairs, impressive workshop and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Took my car to them years ago. I was not happy with their service. Firstly they didnt fix the car correctly by not spraying the bumper which was damaged and secondly the fron plastic bar which was sprayed bubbled up later which they has to respray. Not a very good repairer

I was insured with AAMI and they ar a preferred repairer. They are also an "authorised" mercedes repairer. All a lot of rubbish. I wouldnt take a dutsun there. They "missed" major sturctural damage for AAMI. Parts of my car that were not broken before were broken. The paint work was terrible. They didnt do the things they were supposed to do from the quote. Second hand parts in terrible condition were used. When questioned about this, they simply palmed me off to AAMI who ignored me until the Financial Ombudsmen Sevice made them inspect the vehicle properly and it was a write off. Very Very unhappy with the whole affair from AAMI and Weststar.

GIO sent my vehicle (Honda Accord Euro) to them for repair a couple of months ago, and I was quite impressed with the quality and speed of the repair. The entire back bumper had to be replaced & sprayed, and the fitting of the new one looked spot on. Service was friendly too, and unlike the comment below, I can't say I had any items missing from the vehicle (CD's, Melways) so I can only comment on my experience.

I took my 4wd here after they had been recomended by the insurer. The repairs took a lot longer than they originally advised,they dont provide a loan vehicle service and their customer service was very impersonal. When i finally went to pick up the vehicle peices of trim were missing or broken and the car hadn't even been detailed after the repair which involved the left side of the vehicle had been done. to top it off items which i had accidently left in the glovebox of the vehicle were gone. I would not recomend this panel beater.
