The Wesley is by far the best hospital in Brisbane. From the time we arrived to the time to the time The staff were wonderful-professional and pleasant and the nurses particularly were intent on keeping us up to date with our situation. The cleaners and kitchen staff were professional and friendly and the newly renovated hospital decor was lovely.Truly a pleasant experience despite being in hospital.

I have been to other private hospitals in brisbane and by far the wesley hospital is the best. My experience in the hospital was in the Urology Department. Extremely professional is the clinical nurse manager Lucis Louwrens who made sure the nursing staff under her management were doing as they should with care, good manner, respect, and knowledge with a quick response to attendance when the nurse is called. All staff at the wesley have a warm smile and greeting which is what a patient needs to see. In comparison to the other private hospitals in brisbane the wesley is the cleanest hospital i have stayed in. The cleaners that cleaned my room daily were very thorough, i have never seen this in any other private hospital the wesley hospital is highly recommended. the only downside is the cost of parking in the undercover car park at the hospital.

The Wesley is a lovely hospital. Everytime I go there they look afte me well. When i visited last they had had a major renovation so they now provide wonderful assistants who take you to where you need to go which is great because u may be distracted or just plain unwell. Parking is often difficult and you have to hope to find parking in the street or take the train as the hospital is right beside the station.

Had great service today at The Wesley Medical Centre. The hospital grounds can be daunting if you don't know your way around but our receptionist even gave us a hand drawn map on how and where to get your car parking ticket validated so if you're going for a medical appointment you can park for free as long as you present your ticket at the Security office in front reception.

I have been at this hospital several times in different wards and never had a problem. The emergence is under staffed and there is a great lack of cheap/free if you are only ducking in. The 5am wake ups for ops and being weighted is a girls worse nightmare. Not a great way to start the day lol I was there for over a week and the only costs was the MRI and a few scans which ended up being several hundred dollars. And that's even with Private health.

This is a beautiful private hospital with fantastic service. It is easily accessed by the Auchenflower train station. Nobody will be disappointed with the staff or facilities.

I was a patient for Day Surgery here and they have what must be the best service and care of any hospital I have been in.

The staff were all friendly, professional and caring and nothing was to much trouble. They actually spent time answering what must be heaps of stupid questions from me about my operation but not once did I get the impression that I was wasting their time or that they really didnt care.

From the time I arrived at 7:00 am in the morning, I was in and out of surgery by 12:00 (2 hour Op) and discahrged at 1:30pm. And unlike public hospitals, it didnt seem like they were trying to get me out the door to free up a bed.

Approximate cost: $6000

If you were paying $6,000 in a public hospital Im sure they wouldn't be trying to get you out the door either.

I should have disclosed here, that I do have Private Medical Insurance that paid around $5000 of the $6000 cost for this Operation.
