I had a telehealth appointment confirmed. I waited for 50 minutes, no doctor called. I decided to cancel. And no one actually call me at all. Very poor customer service. If the doc is busy, the least is to call and inform.

I have had mixed experience with different doctors at WM&D. Generally the service is good, professional with short waiting time. My husband and I are a little older with ongoing health issues. After seeing several practitioners (some I really wasn't happy with) we have both settled on Dr Anne Glew [redacted clinical content]. She is very kind and very curious wanting to get to the bottom of things. [redacted clinical content].
Also I prefer a female doctor [redacted clinical content]
They have a good skin specialist and pathology clinic is good.
Just my opinion but I wouldn't recommend the physio or the radiology [redacted clinical content]
You can get acupuncture there for free, if you believe in that kind of thing...
All up I would recommend this medical centre if you are prepared to trial a few practitioners & find someone right for you.

Excellent Service, Treatments. Best Panel of Doctors are available. Huge medical centre & everything properly organised in regards to different treatments & consultations. Dental Section is also very good with Best doctors. The receptionists are very informative, helpful & friendly.

I had a long waiting time for my medical appointment and it doesn't really matter if you make an appointment over the phone or not, you still need to wait quite a while. The service I received was relatively good but I feel like the receptionist could have been more friendly and she didn't really explain things well, like how to fill the forms out etc. Doctor wise, it's nothing exceptional and you get treated pretty quickly and sent off with a prescription. Overall, a good place to go but there are better medical practices in the same area.

I have an issue with needles and explained this when I made the appointment. I had a lady dentist and thought she would understand my predicament but she didn't. The anesthetic didn't work and I had to have another needle (was not happy) I was then told that a tooth had to be removed (which turned out to be incorrect) and I said that I needed to have it out under sedation. While the dentist looked up someone suitable to do the work, the dental assistant remarked that it wasn't necessary to have a tooth out under sedation (her professional opinion) I don't think that the dental assistant had any right to comment. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not use this practice again for myself or my family.

Very thorough doctor. After returning to werribee I tried a few different doctors but ended up coming back to my old doctor. He listens and explains well and provides advice that assist you in making up your mind on your own treatment.
