What people need to know when they get a Hyundai - the parts cost a fortune (and you'll need them soon enough).
I paid $5K to get my steering fixed - on a $13K Accent!
No beef with this particular dealership, but I think potential buyers need to know this.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the sales manager of all people. Started well but then became argumentative and downright childish. Mate you're selling a 35 thousand dollar car, you need to be more respectful and understanding that i need to ask questions and test drive.
Your loss. I spent my money elsewhere
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

My experience with this dealership:-
Asked about non original media unit in vehicle I was interested in and was told it had been tested all OK.
Sent an email enquiry about the media unit to get more details and apart from an automated response I did not get a reply until I sent another email. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told the media unit was not working and would be replaced.
Go figure.
When their ads state "PLEASE ENQUIRE ONLY IF YOU ARE READY TO SET UP APPOINTMENT TO INSPECT TO TEST DRIVE AND TO PURCHASE THIS CAR", I am not in a rush to buy from this dealership.

Absolutely hated it, immature sales people and have no idea what a customer service is. In simple words they don't want you as a customer. They quoted me a final price on a vehicle and within 30 minutes, backtracked saying they don't want to do it anymore. Wasted my time and a day. Never ever had that experience before. When we said its ok if you don't want to sell, that's fine its your business decision but i would like to complaint this as a wrong business practice. On which I was told by the sales staff Luke, he is not available and won't be available till tuesday, though on an amazing offer he told us that he can provide us with pillow and blanket unless we wanna sleep in their lounge and have a coffee. I told thos guys, forget about the car, it's a thing on myself respect which i will take it further. Just a disgusted feeling, Good one people.

Purchased my last car from this dealership, the Sales Person was not pushy and offered me a good deal on my trade in on my old car and had the car ready for me when it was time to pay for the car.
