Highly recommend the Weight Watchers One on One program. I visit the Eastland clinic and the staff there are all fabulously friendly and lovely ladies. My favourites are Carina and Julianne. This is definitely the way to go with weight loss - the one on one experience is far superior to the traditional Weight Watchers community meetings. I love it.
