Were nice ladies to start off but had so many problems with them in the end and got no apology or follow up phone call even though they knew what had gone wrong

Ordered a cup cake wedding cake from them, found it so hard to get samples from them and there were continuios excuses why we could not try it, stupidly we ordered our cake as a deposit was made and 3 months out they would not give a refund. the cake was delivered to the venue with cup cakes missing.
The best mans tux was a size to small and he was so uncomfortable for the day.

There was help for them once the money changed hands, so glad i didn't buy my dress from them
